I can’t say I have just one but my family and friends loves my Indian tacos and my teriyaki chicken wraps. And my grandsons favorite is my taco de lengua.
Who is your culinary inspiration?It’s hard to choose I have several that grab my attention. I grew up watching Emeril and Rachel Ray and several others. I love talking something from them all because they all have great ideas. I can say I’m a little like Paula Dean because you can never have too much butter.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start my own business opening a food truck with my family.
