Who is your culinary inspiration?I love Chef Tiffany Derry, she’s local & I really love her spin on southern & Italian cooking. Maneet is another inspiration. I love watching her judge & mentoring the cooks. Michael Symon is another favorite of mine. I’ve been watching him forever it seems. I love his personality & his grilling.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put the money into my catering business to help get it off the ground.
