Receive Text UpdatesI’m not sure if I have a signature dish, as I cook a wide variety of cuisines. If you ask me what my favorite cuisine is, I would have to say Asian, with Thai being at the top. I do make a mean Gai Pad Krapow!!! If you know me, you know I like spice ;)
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother was my earliest inspiration. She was an amazing cook. As I grew up, I watched such masters as Jacques Pépin, Julia Child, José Andres, Lidia Bastianich, Ming Tsai and many others on PBS. I have dined in many of the great chef’s restaurants. What impacted me most was when my 3 1/2 year old daughter made a Make a Wish and wanted to meet Jacques Pépin. She did not get the opportunity unfortunately, but I received a handwritten note from Jacques when he found out
What would you do with the $25,000?I have a dream of starting a food truck, and this would help me do that. I would also help with my kids’ college tuition….
