That truly is a loaded question, haha, but I am Italian and to me gnocchi with homemade tomato sauce is such a cozy classic. It also brings so many good memories to me as a kid. Rolling gnocchis with my family, the smell of fresh basil and tomatoes just makes me so happy! I’ve definitely put my own twists on this tradition over the years, but it’s one of my favorites of all time!

My culinary inspiration is actually a few people. One, my grandma. I really wish I could tell her about all of the things I’m building/growing within the culinary world, but I know she knows somehow in a different dimension! But, also, Anthony Bourdain. I’ve read Kitchen Confidential. I respect him. His hustle, his honesty and perseverance, which I find some similarities within myself. I’ve completely changed careers in my mid 30s and I think it’s okay to start over, but

Going back to my inspiration, I definitely would love to start some sort of public service for mental health or maybe even through social media for women and men, who are starting over or changing careers, because sometimes it feels lonely or uncomfortable, but it can be done! I’d love to use my platform for that all while growing a private chef business! I think there are many avenues in the culinary world where one can be creative without burnout and I don’t think it’s talke
