Who is your culinary inspiration?

Dr. Michael Greger inspires me because he keeps nutrition honest and simple—real food, real science, real healing through plants.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to purchase a food truck and bring whole food, plant-based meals directly into my community. This would expand my Lunch Lab initiative, where children and families learn nutrition through real food, hands-on experience, and comforting meals made from whole ingredients. My goal is to make healthy eating accessible, familiar, and inspiring—building lifelong habits that support real health and prevention through food.
