What would you do with the $25,000?Continue with the creation of my junior chef program here locally and continue to use my skills and knowledge in combining food science and the culinary arts and as a certified diabetes prevention coach to educate others in sustainability and to cook nutritious meals for their friends and family. Create a community that brings about lifestyle transformations in an effort to combat chronic illness and disease and highlight rich cultural diversity through food.
