My signature dish are my empanadas. For me it is a passion because of my heritage. I am Argentinian and Italian. Argentina is world famous for their empanadas and I absolutely loved them. That is why empanadas are my signature dish. They are savory buttery and crunchy. Each bite has an explosion of flavors, from the beef to the chicken or chorizo and the carmelized onions and garlic. The dessert empanadas are equaIly tasty. It combines a rich, nutty center with a warm crispy pastry
Who is your culinary inspiration?My parents are my culinary inspiration. My mom was from Argentina and my dad was from Italy. Both of them had a passion for cooking and they cooked the most delicious dishes. My sister and I had the privilege of tasting all the delicious dishes my parents made they made people happy and that is what I want to do. I love bringing a smile to people's faces It makes me feel good. It's an emotional reward for me because I care about people
What would you do with the $25,000?Receiving 25,000 for me would be an incredible blessing that would truly change my life. I would invest it in my business which would mean the world to me. I would operate with "freedom choice", making confident, long-term business decisions rather than reactive ones born of financial scarcity.
