Who is your culinary inspiration?I absolutely love all the competition cooking shows . I tend to binge them. Gordon Ramsay and Bobby Flay will always be my favorites. I always wished I had pursued a different career path as food is life. I would love to open a food truck and bring my flavors to the world. During Covid I paid for Masterclass and watched and followed along with the greats like Gordon Ramsay, Wolfgang Puck and our very own Carla Hall.
What would you do with the $25,000?Definitely take the time to travel and take some cooking classes in Italy, Greece and Spain. I love the flavors of all these cultures and want to embrace them.
