My signature dish is Curry Chicken and rice among many other dishes.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I'm inspired by my late mother who was a great cook. She went to college in the 70's to become a chef. While doing so she was a requested caterer. I lost my first grandson this year. He was 19 and a inspiring chef. I'm pushing through my journey not just for myself but for him.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would continue to invest in myself. I really want to get my food truck and hit the road to feed the world!
