I serve it family-style, where everyone gathers around and helps themselves. The savory creamy Marsala sauce practically demands a big piece of crusty bread for soaking up every last drop. My advice? Arrive hungry, wear something with a little stretch, and bring a full appreciation for comfort food made with love.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My late mother, Rose-Marie, inspired my love of cooking by welcoming me into the kitchen beside her. I grew up learning how food brings people together and turns ordinary moments into something special. Now cooking is my love language too. Whether I’m creating a feast or making something meaningful from simple ingredients, it brings me immense joy to prepare meals that comfort, connect, and show people they’re cared for.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to create some much-needed peace of mind and catch up on important bills after losing my job in January 2025. Since then, I’ve been actively searching for a new position while staying hopeful through the many “we’ve moved forward with another candidate” emails. This opportunity would provide stability, breathing room, and a chance to confidently rebuild the next chapter of my life.
