Receive Text UpdatesMy grandmother's recipe for homemade ravioli filled with shredded chicken, spinach, ricotta, & egg. It's a favorite of all the family. Note: (The box above did not allow for 140 words) so here is the rest: I make Sunday sauce every week-pasta & sauce choices are selected by one of the grandchildren. Some weeks the whole gang shows up, some weeks just a few but it is always on the stove! Each one of the older grandsons have spent a weekend with me learning to make their favorite pasta
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Mom - I can still see her in our kitchen with a cotton house dress and an apron covered in flour.Everything she made was homemade from scratch- pasta, sauce, bread, cookies, desserts.Veggies came from my Dad's garden- fresh when in season,home-jarred in the offseason.She learned from her mother (&paternal grandmother who lived with the family.) My sisters & I continued her recipes during Covid when we couldn't cook together in person. We did Zoom cooking classes using her old recipes
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to expand my amateur "Italian Cooking Experiences" currently done in my home kitchen to a worldwide online audience. My classes include the history of the ingredients & foods prepared. I would use the funds to: Purchase professional-grade camera gear, lighting, & audio equipment Hire a local videographer or editor to ensure a polished, broadcast-quality look. Upgrade my kitchen space to have a beautiful, well-lit background for filming recipes & hosting digit
