Who is your culinary inspiration?I would say Bobbie Flay because he's a sauce guy. I'm a sauce gal. I love sauces!!!! I also loved Wolfgang Puck. Got to eat at one his restaurants long ago.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'd transform Elegant Meals Made Simple from digital to hardcover. Funds would cover professional food photography, recipe testing, editing, design, and printing, creating a polished cookbook for home cooks. This win would bridge my online recipes and a lasting, tangible resource, bringing elegant, simple meals into kitchens everywhere and turning my passion for cooking into a published reality.
