Who is your culinary inspiration?I love gourmet food - and what has inspired me the most is tasting something when I'm out to eat, and then tweaking it to make my own. To nail down a Chef that has inspired me the most, maybe Wolf Gang Puck or Bobbie Flay?
What would you do with the $25,000?I really want to have a formal cookbook published of some of my best and favorite recipes.
