Kimchi fried rice with short rib one of the many dishes I like to make! Starts with you hot pan add your onion garlic then put your marinaded short rib then add kimchi with some juice and sauté. Drop in you old rice and add soy sesame oil and beef dashida mix well plate and top off with sesame seeds a poached egg in the center and nori strips around the egg. Delicious!!!
