Who is your culinary inspiration?Alton Brown inspired my curiosity about the science of cooking, while Joshua Weissman challenged me to think creatively and push comfort food further. My wife, Rosa, continues to inspire me through her creativity, perspective, and support throughout my culinary journey.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d use the $25,000 to grow MOOD Culinary Services, expand my product line, and create more opportunities through food in my community. I’d also throw a community block party celebrating culture, creativity, and the power food has to bring people together!
