Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandfather was a cook after his service in the marines. My mother by far influenced my cooking, also my grandmother. I watch Bobby lFlay and Gordon Ramsay, I loved watching Yan Can cook and Julia Childs as a kid.
What would you do with the $25,000?If given the opportunity I would send my kids to school. I would definitely put the money towards my kids education and hope they would sponsor a resteraunt for me when I retire from ER nursing.
