I make a beef Sofrito that kids as well as adults love. I don’t really have a signature dish although my Mom is from Peru so I feel confident Lomo Saltado would be my signature dish.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Definitely would have to be my Mom. I learned from her at an early age. I felt like I could create the same dishes she would make, so hearing from her that I cook better than her is very rewarding and inspiring.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would definitely go on a family trip and make some memories, and than maybe start a cook book since I also have experience in graphic design and photography.
