Who is your culinary inspiration?So many - Julia Child, Wok with Yan, Bobby, Guadiana, Alton, my Father who was an inspiration chef and my Mother in Law Carol who taught me how to make the most epic apple pie.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to use this 25k to help teach children the value of cooking from scratch, delicious healthy and nutritious meals, fuel our bodies and our minds, warm our hearts and bring people together. I am a dedicated Foodie, I run the Foodservice Board of Directors at GS1 Canada and have spent my life in food so I would love to give back, and teach our next generation of foodies
