Receive Text UpdatesA ten-step cornbread dressing recipe. This i actually learned from my Mom. I put my own flair to it by adding chicken of mushroom soup. I prepare a delicious gravy to top it off. My Christmas cake follows that as I demonstrated it on Good Morning Memphis. I have over 70 recipes in my cookbook as I am self-published. Salmon croquettes n lasagna are included. I make the best lemon meringue pie in the universe with homemade crust n meringue. My Baked Effie Chicken is mouth watering.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Mom of course and my 6 siblings. However, I didn't learn to cook until I found at that my wife was not skilled in that area. Also, I have a desire to teach others how to cook healthy. In most of my recipes I utilize healthy ingredients that are low fat, low in sodium, omega 3 based, n tons of herbs n spices. I also teach cooking classes at our local library for seniors.
What would you do with the $25,000?When I win, I would utilize this money as start-up for my cooking business. I owned a restaurant previously, but decided to pursue other educational endeavors. NOW I am ready to get back in the business of culinary arts to share my expertise with the WORLD. At 70 I'm super hyped us and ready to GO!!!!!
