Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is a chilled seared salmon (sockeye or coho) with a blackberry basil reduction top with a bit of chopped pistachios and basil. The main seasoning is my Uncle Mike Seafood Seasoning in a compound butter spread on just before cooking.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest inspiration has been my grandmother. Though she is long gone, she taught me that preparing food for others is not about the food nor the ingredients; it is about giving your love through your food. Simply put: Share the food and spread the love.....
What would you do with the $25,000?$25,000.00 would ease the burden of medical bills on my wife and I and allow us to catch up on life. My beautiful wife Debra has been in a fight with breast cancer. She is past the chemotherapy stage and still in treatments. She just recently was able to go back to work and has never complained once about all she has endured. I also have had a couple of major surgeries in the last year and a half. This money truly would aid us to get back to us.
