My signature dish would be my smoked beef plate ribs. Smoked to perfection and wrapped with wagyu tallow, rested and sliced for that Fantastic Frank Finish!
Who is your culinary inspiration?Aaron Franklin and the great pitmasters down in Austin Texas after spending 3 years living in the city. Having never grown up with any true BBQ in New York, it was always my dream to bring that unique taste and cuisine to an untapped market.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to open my own food truck to bring the best smoked and grilled meats to all of New York!
