Receive Text UpdatesHere in the south there is no room for just one favorite dish. -Broiled Blackened Lobster over a Crawfish Alfredo Pasta -Loaded Brisket Quesadillas -Bread Pudding with a Whiskey Sauce -Pan Fried Red Fish over Rice topped with Crawfish Etouffe’ to name a few!!!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My personal inspirations were my parents. My mother was cooked traditional creole dishes passed down from her mother while my Dad took anything and made something of it creating his own style. On the professional side, it would be Chef Ming Tsai.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the funds to further my endeavor for my passion of food(s) by investing in a Food Trailer. That way I would be able to bring my delicacies to different regions.
