My signature dish, if I had to pick, would probably be Gumbo or Polish Roast Pork.
Who is your culinary inspiration?As a youngster I'd always watch the Food Network and PBS. From the food network side, Mario Batali. from the PBS side Jacques Pepin. They made me really become interested in not only food but food that brought people together. They taught me that everyone knows the word "yum."
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000 I would probably pay off my car and donate the rest to the local soup kitchen my wife runs. What's the point of having something if you can't share it with those in need.
