Who is your culinary inspiration?Always been a foodie, started in BBQ Competitions a few years ago. I'm a huge Alton Brown fan, Carla Hall always makes me smile and Justin Warner is an incredible fact machine. I've learned a lot watching these guys. 24in24, Top Chef.. and of course, Beat Bobby Flay. I have always watched the food channel and try a lot of new recipes... My love of food passed to my son and he became a Chef.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'm 61 and had 2 knees and a Hip replaced. Kinda retired. It would help my BBQ team. I just qualified for the KCBS World Rib Invitational in May 2027, 3 weeks ago. I'm a minority Partner of Snead's BBQ in Belton, Mo.
