Who is your culinary inspiration?My parents are my culinary inspiration. My father is African American from the south and he taught me all I know about southern cooking. My mother is Panamanian and taught me Latin-Carribean cuisine. I draw inspiration from the food I eat as well inspiring all of my flavor fusions
What would you do with the $25,000?I would want to start my own pop up restaurant or take culinary classes and gain some hands on experience to eventually own my own restaurant
