Who is your culinary inspiration?Milly, my grandmother who was the head cook at a Girl Scout camp. She taught me how to cook when I would visit. Also Chef Paul who helped me realize I should cook with intention because a meal is about having shared experience.
What would you do with the $25,000?My dream is to have a cloud kitchen. I would use the prize to open a cloud kitchen.
