Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is a Korean staple called Japchae. I love the noodles in the dish with all the vegetables and beef. I can cook a lot of international dishes. Some of which I featured in my photos.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my Grandmother. She grew up in the Great Depression and could make something from nothing. She would be proud how well I have done in the Food and Beverage Industry.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start my personal chef business and cater to people that have dietary needs such as gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, sugar free and low sodium. It would also do special events and teach people how to cook.
