Who is your culinary inspiration?My father, he was a single Dad of 3 kids. Meanwhile, holding down a full-time job as a Toledo police officer for 33 years. When my friends would come over, they’d say “your dad cooks”? Well, sure! I now see he was unique In so many ways😉 I worked for a chef at the pinnacle in Toledo (Event venue) Chef Bill. He taught me a lot. He gave me a free education, if you will. I make my rounds on YouTube and watch different videos of people how they make them. Then add my twists
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d probably pay off my car. Which would be the realistic thing to do. I’d love to remodel my kitchen and have the kitchen of my dreams Most likely my car.
