I believe I should be the "Favorite Chef" because I have been cooking and baking since I was a child growing up with my grandparents.

Receive Text UpdatesI don't have just one signature dish. My favorite dishes that I like to make often and asked for by guests is either the Stuffed Flounder with either homemade mashed potatoes or a rice pilaf and the other is always the hearty warm and inviting Pot Roast with Mashed Potatoes and Carrots. Leaves you feeling full and content. Otherwise I'm better known for my many desserts and pastries as I bake probably more than I cook since I can live on desserts alone!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Grandmother is my culinary inspiration. She cooked for the family just to have them eat but her simplest meals were always made with love and she cooked for an army every holiday or event. As for a well known chef, I'd say Gordon Ramsay but mostly for his attitude in the kitchen because I'm the same way and you better watch out because I probably wouldn't hold back from using my rolling pin to knock someone out. I like order in the kitchen and I need my space to create.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would renovate the entire kitchen and have it expanded for additional space with all the equipment I constantly purchase that no normal person would consider having. I have a more commercially based kitchen with the appliances I couldn't even think of how I ever did with out them and wouldn't want to either.
