Receive Text UpdatesI don't have any one particular signature dish. I am pretty decent at making/cooking waffles ! For instance I have made some very tasty pumpkin/chorizo/goat cheese waffles baked right inside with thyme, brown sugar, butter sauce! Or i make a basic soda bread with leftovers (beans /fruit/greens) baked in . Along with a good cup of strong coffee, cream lightly sweetened with brown sugar,cinnamon, orange!
Who is your culinary inspiration?You are of course one of my favs,along with America's test kitchen/ Milk street! To be honest I take inspiration from every one . I grew up in the southwest, born in New Orleans, both of my parents are from New England. Currently i reside smack dab in the middle of the country (Missouri) .I have a very unique perspective on my inspiration!
What would you do with the $25,000?I have a dream to open a community coffee garden house called "HippieCrack" in a dome /earthship of a building. It can be for profit;as well easily be for a non profit! Also help fix my sister's house, as it desperately needs repairs too.
