Who is your culinary inspiration?Mama Maria is a Chef and former owner of Mama Maria’s on Passyunk Avenue. She made all of her pasta & sauces from scratch and would prepare five course Italian cuisine for Valentine’s Day. Ongoing free wine & a choice of four top shelf cordials with desert. Her catering and cooking skills were superb. I really learned how a dining experience should be done from her.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in hosting my very own catered events at my favorite Art Gallery. I would use the proceeds from these events to donate to several non profits that feed the homeless in my city.
