Who is your culinary inspiration?I have found inspiration from the chefs that taught me personally - Late Chef Duffy was very influential to my career, bless him! I also find influence from chefs such as Martha Stewart, Alex Guarnaschelli, Anthony Bourdain, and Gordon Ramsay.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would firstly expand and invest in my small business and hope to travel to taste different regions of the world. I have always dreamt of eating fresh pasta in Venice, Italy!
