I don’t have just one signature dish, my cooking is always evolving. I love experimenting and creating meals that become favorites for the people I love. My husband, kids, parents, and sister would all name something different, each dish tied to a memory we’ve shared around the table.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration starts at home. My grandmother and mom taught me that food is love, tradition, and soul all in one. I grew up inspired by classic cooking shows like early Top Chef, MasterChef, Ina Garten, and Martha Stewart, where technique and heart mattered most. Today, I’m equally inspired by the ever-evolving food scene on social media, which pushes me to experiment, remix flavors, and make every dish my own.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won, I’d invest in my passion for hosting intimate catering experiences and bringing people together through food. I’d also upgrade my home kitchen so I can keep creating and sharing flavorful, heartfelt meals with my family and friends.
