Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my Mema and my Mom. They both have taught me about the basics and fundamentals of cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have always dreamed to have my own restaurant focused on holistic nutrition. I am planning on attending culinary school to educate myself on that approach. With my restaurant, I also plan to teach people about the importance of taking care of yourself from the inside out; and it all starts with food. Creating culinary classes with the holistic approach would be a great addition to upcoming and growing cities. Then, parents can teach their kids about the importance of food as well.
