Who is your culinary inspiration?Marco Pierre White. Besides him, I’m inspired by the people that surround me, the nature. In the end of the day, sharing is caring, and smiles my food puts on people’s faces is what makes me happy.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d spend it on culinary/pastry arts education or get more equipment so I can cater!
