Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration, it comes from the family from my mother, my grandmother and the place that I have travel, but my most biggest inspiration is my daughter so she can be proud of her dad
What would you do with the $25,000?I think the first thing I will do is take a trip to Italy and learn more about their way of cooking like hands-on and go to this little villages and learn their cooking because I believe the best food come from the heart and from families that get together and have a wonderful dinner
