Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my grandmother. I have the fondest memories of watching my grandma turing simple ingredients into amazing dishes. I fondly recall standing on a dining room chair just to get a better view of her range while she cooked.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the prize money I would love opening up a food truck with my children to have a family business. My little boy is just like me when it comes to finding joy in cooking with family, and my daughter has the best personality to keep customers smiling at the register!
