Who is your culinary inspiration?I draw inspiration from a lot of chefs but I love Charlie Trotter and Daniel Beloud. I love the beauty of their plates and how their flavors are classic with their own flair, I definitely try to pay homage to the past while being fun and whimsical
What would you do with the $25,000?Honestly, this would help my family and I out put a down payment on a forever home and I’d also like to use some of the prize money to invest in a food truck or brick and mortar
