Who is your culinary inspiration?I really don't have one. When Emeril was on TV I would watch him. I enjoy watching anyone I can learn a new technique, dish, or idea from.
What would you do with the $25,000?I am a special education teacher who also enjoys cooking at home, for others, and with his students in the classroom. My vision is to one day open a special needs restaurant for our community. I want to take my passion of working with students and cooking and turn it into something unique and special. I would partner with my school district. I would like to hire students from our culinary and special needs programs. Together, I would love to see both populations working side by side.
