What would you do with the $25,000?Having been in the industry as long as I have. I know your first year is going to loose money. I'd start small. Perhaps a food truck. Probably beef Bulgarian sandwiches or rice bowls, Polk bowls. Then once established a veil and mortar French inspired establishment.
