Who is your culinary inspiration?This may be "cheesey" but Anthony Bourdain was a huge inspiration for all of my life. Also a lot of cooks in the past on the cooking channel or food network.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to start an elite food truck, and then build from there to accomplish the funds for a proper building to become a restaurant.
