Who is your culinary inspiration?Ever since I can remember, I wanted to cook and my fostermother Verna Byrd inspired me. I would sit when I was a little girl and just watch her bake and cook different dishes. Another woman I looked up to Lula Davis, Katherine, Taylor and Ann Taylor, and last but not least the woman who gave birth to me, Thelma, Vivian Hadley, Taylor Jones, and let’s not leave my uncle James Hadley out the best cook I ever known. God knows the plans that he has for me.
What would you do with the $25,000?1st, I’ll pay my tithes and offering put some in the bank. and maybe start a scholarship for foster children. That wants to further their education. I haven’t really thought about it just to be exposure and meet different chefs that’s enough for me.
