Receive Text UpdatesMy cooking style is all about creating bold, comforting dishes from whatever ingredients I have on hand. I love taking simple ingredients and turning them into something memorable. I’ve made everything from Korean style ribs, Thai peanut chicken, prime rib to die for, Indian curry dishes, mediterranean pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and capers, lemon picatta, homemade pot pies, and other classic comfort food. I cook creatively, fearlessly, and from the heart.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I am obsessed with cooking shows and draw inspiration from chefs like Gordon Ramsey and Guy Fieri. I especially love competition cooking shows because they push chefs to think creatively under pressure and make something incredible out of limited ingredients. Watching talented chefs problem-solve in the kitchen inspires me to keep learning, trying new flavors, and stepping outside of my comfort zone.
What would you do with the $25,000?It has always been a dream of mine to open a small restaurant or food truck that serves amazing food at an affordable price. Where I live there aren’t many exciting dining options outside of fast food or bland chain restaurants. I believe people deserve delicious, creative meals that don’t break the bank. Winning $25K would help me take the first real steps toward building something special for my community. A place where people can gather, enjoy incredible food, and feel at home.
