What is your signature dish?

Homemade tomato sauce. I like to sit down and cut mini prices of red onion and green peppers with a kitchen scissor. Sautee with olive oil then add I like great value organic tomatoes sauce. I add 1 teaspoon of low sodium soy salt. 1 tablespoon of granulated garlic and 1 tablespoon of granulated onion. 1 tablespoon of mixed Italian seasonings. 1 teaspoon of just oregano and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper. Let it cook until taste great. If needed add 1/4 tablespoons of salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper

Who is your culinary inspiration?

I have an Italian heritage and background, and I’d like to add patience to anything I cook! I took Bergen Community College Hotel and Restaurant Management course. I also love Food Network and the cooking channel!

What would you do with the $25,000?

Get a car. Maybe a food truck instead and my husband is Iranian. Southern NJ needs to know Persian food. Takes forever to make worth it! When we get well known if any of my sons or other family want it they can take over!
