Who is your culinary inspiration?When I was young it was mostly my mom and her side of the family, her mom, sisters cook all the time, and as I grew up, I look up to chefs like Alain Ducasse, Thomas Keller, Gordon Ramsay, Jack and Will of Fallow, just to name a few.
What would you do with the $25,000?It will be a great help in starting my own venture, whether a pop up or a brick and mortar, to help get my name out there and build a reputation.
