Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother, of course. No matter the situation, no matter the quality of ingredient, my mother has never failed to make something delicious. Her Mexican ancestry runs strong in my blood, and my foods are always tinged with the taste of my home land, and home states. All of them, both here, and "south" of the border.
What would you do with the $25,000?Settle debts, take a much needed vacation for myself, and try to learn more styles of cuisine. Food knows no borders, only cultures, and peoples; I want my cooking to remind people of that. If a meal I make reminds you of home, and brings a smile to your face, what more could I ask for, human to human?
