Who is your culinary inspiration?I am deeply inspired by the cuisine of Gastón Acurio, the renowned Peruvian chef. I admire him for the way he elevates Peruvian flavors and fuses them with global techniques, helping our cuisine gain international recognition as one of the best in the world. His creativity and passion have shown me that Peruvian food has no limits. My other great inspiration is my mother. She is 89 years old, and her love for cooking. Cooking is not only about flavor is about culture, identity, and love.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win the $25,000 prize, I will invest it directly into my dream: my food trailer, my restaurant on wheels. I would use the money to buy essential kitchen equipment and professional utensils that will help me grow my business and bring Peruvian cuisine to more people. This food trailer represents my passion, my culture, and my future, and this prize would help me take the next big step toward making that dream a reality
