That is a tough question to answer because I have so many. My oxtails or short ribs smothered in gravy, fried cabbage, hot link cornbread, red potato salad, avocado purple onion and tomato salad, red beans and rice and for dessert red velvet cake.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom, my 2 aunts, my grandmother and my great grandmother.
What would you do with the $25,000?Immediately purchase another food truck.
