Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration was my grandmother spent most of her days in the kitchen, and I spent most of days right by her side. She taught me everything from measurement to how to adjust recipes to work for a small bunch of people or big bunch of people and how to mix seasonings and blends so you can get exactly the right flavor.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would go back to culinary school and potentially finish my medical career as well
