What is your signature dish?

I have so many, one single dish is hard to pinpoint...Chicken stir fry chow mein, Chicken cacciatore, Beef Tips Couscous, Arroz con Pollo, Arabic chicken shawarma on spicy rice, or Turkish kofta kebab. With my training I have perfected most cultural cuisines over the years. To the amazement of my family and friends, I invite groups to our home and volunteering to cook at charity events. Even have done some larger meals for weddings and parties for close acquaintances.

Graham Kerr, Martin Yan, Ming Tsai, and Lidia Bastianich

What would you do with the $25,000?

I work with a charity that runs a emergency food hamper and infant nutrition program, I would donate it to that charity.
