My signature is soul food I’ve something that I grew up on. My family has always cooked it when I was younger it was always comfort food for me
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration came from having to learn to cook for me and my brothers when we were younger. Also my step father was a cook and use to show me how to make different dishes as a child
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start my own food truck to start getting into cooking more in my community and get my food out there. I work for the Va right now and put my work and pleasure to serve vets everyday
